Technical teams are engaged working to fix an issue which is preventing the user from login to Classic Website & React User Interface.
The team has identified the root cause and have brought up all impacted services. Both Classic Website and React User Interface loading. The team are closely monitoring the environment and will work to understand the root cause.
Technical teams are still working to investigate the issues.
A number of AWS ec2 instance are reporting as unhealthy.
