Email FlowUS TitanHQ Archiving and Searching issues
The technical teams are engaged investigating an issue impacting journaling and users ability to search the archive. An update will be sent within the next 30 minutes
The Technical Teams have identified a problem with the DNS service, which required a restart. The restart has been carried out which has allowed the internal components to communicate. Journaling is running and there is a small backlog in the spool for live emails which we anticipate will be cleared within the next hours.
The incident is now resolved and the teams will continue to provide heightened monitoring.
